I do appreciate the sentiment and love the writing style but I have got to say I can’t read the word relax without thinking of the popular 80′s song! Relax, don’t do it… you know the one I am talking about, right? Seriously though, I am going to try and remember the word especially when I am getting wound up about something that really in the long run doesn’t matter.

Relax? I’ve been finding time to do that this summer. I’ve been going through some sort of cataclysmic shift in my life and I’m learning to take the time for myself. I’m even running away from home for a few days in October…BY MYSELF!!! I’ve never done that before and even 6 months ago, I don’t know that I could have…or would have dared to. I’m not sure what’s going on in my head that has brought me to this place, but I’m so glad I’m here!
