I take pride in creating a quality product – I cut, glue, varnish and sand until all edges are smooth and the box/tray is well protected.
Many of my boxes and trays have a distressed look; for 2 reasons – I sand down the paper and varnish to make all the edges smooth; and I like the look of a distressed surface.
These are handmade, original items, and therefore, have lots of character. A collage box typically takes 4-5 hours to create.

Red Poppy Tray

This wood tray is decoupaged with bright red poppies. The bottom and edges are painted brown. Nice and bright to cheer up dull winter days.

Measures 9 1/2 x 6 and is 2 inches deep (approx.22 x 15 x 5cm) and is protected with 3 coats of varnish and backed with felt.

Great size for holding mail, keys or for creating a candlescape.
