Meet professional organizing consultant and owner of studio jk…

My name is Jamie Kay & I have 2 (professional) passions. The first is that I love to design! I have always been an avid crafter/scrapbooker & thoroughly enjoy creating things. My husband is an architect & I’ll admit, my style wasn’t quite up to par before he went to school. So as “we” went throughout school my love for simplicity & contemporary grew as I learned with him. And thus is the result of the studio jk style. Secondly, I am an organizing consultant who gets people/business’ organized. I love clean & tidy spaces.

::SO HOW DID THE LABELS COME ABOUT?::
I was organizing a high end home & we came to the “labeling” step in the process. Now typically we use a labeler & quickly print out the labels on the tape & are done. However, I could not bring myself to put label tape on her beautiful containers in her georgeous home…it would be tacky. So I went back to my studio to do a little research. I looked, and looked for SOMETHING that would work, & couldn’t find anything decent. So I thought to myself, what needs to be out there? …and I created it.
