Great quote. And so true. So many days are wasted because we are too busy doing all the things we are “supposed” to do and not pausing to enjoy life.

My daughter (6) has a bedtime routine that includes asking each family member “What was your favorite part of the day?” She will not accept Nothing as an answer. So each day we have to be on the look out for our favorite part of the day. Some days it’s just getting home to family. It really makes you look at your day differently and appreciate even the smallest blessings contained in each day.

Oh My Goodness!!! You gals are the best. I was just thinking earlier today that a person should make sure they do something each day to make themselves happy so the day won’t be a bad memory. Then I read your blog and you had posted this quote. I will be sharing this… Thanks for you!!
