Hands down – my favorite place to relax is the beach. Nothing beats a good book and a chair on a warm, windless day at the Oregon coast

Relax… what does that mean??? ;o) I suppose it would be to sit on a comfortable, cozy couch with a warm blanket with my hubby watching a romantic comedy together. AND it would be at the end of a totally productive day… one where I knew I had used each and every minute to it’s fullest extent, and where I accomplished enough that I wouldn’t have to worry about doing more.

Oops… did my website wrong the first time. :o )

I think I need to redefine the word. Perhaps the shower?

Since I already shared with you all last week that I’m really good at relaxing, it should come as no surprise that I have many favorite places where I like to relax…

The beach at sunset is my all-time favorite. The mountains in a hot tub would be a close second. A hotel room with room service ties for second place. And just so you don’t think I can’t relax at home, I can…curled up in my bed with a good book!

In the Temple. I go there every week and it is very relaxing and refreshing. It helps keep me focused.

Great site, congratulations on getting it off the ground!

My favorite place to relax is my bed with a good book or maybe a good show and all my pillows and my hubby beside me to snuggle with :)

So many great places…
a quiet church…
the beach…
a kid and husband free home…
Archivers with girlfriends…
on the sofa with a great book…
the list could go on and on…

Going on a date with my husband, visiting with girlfriends, the park with kids, and a bonfire on the beach with good family. But that doesn’t happen nearly enough!

Some of my favorite relaxing places are:

In my deep bathtub, soaking at the end of the day. . . .
In the quiet serenity of our Mesa Temple. . . . .
Walking in the forest. . . . .
On the massage table, getting a massage from the best massage therapist around–yeah kimee!

The beach
A quiet, empty house (after I hide my to do list)
In our hot tub with my husband after the kids are in bed

In the mountains. Unfortunately, I don’t get to go there nearly as often as I’d like to. So, I’ll have to settle for a quiet spot in my house after the kids go to bed. I’m quite a night owl as a result, because I really treasure that peaceful time.
