My favorite summer drink has been nicknamed the “Bailey’s Traveler” because my friend Laurie has requested one to go on several occasions. It is a blended drink made with Bailey’s Irish Cream, coffee ice cream and ice. My husband makes it and it is so rich and yummy, definitely a treat.

I like Pina coladas and taking walks in the rain….(Virgin though, I’m not a drinker. And, you could scratch the walks in the rain…he he)

Freckeled lemonade, lemonade with strawberries crushed up in it! Also peach or raspberry iced tea!

It depends on the day and the amount of heat but my favorites include Root Beer floats, my own iced tea and on hot Saturday day evenings Brandy Alexanders with ice cream.
