I love to rake and jump into piles of leaves – I believe there’s no reason to be so grown up you can’t enjoy a nice, crisp pile of beautiful fall leaves!

I live in a really hot climate so I am just happy to be able to go outside again and take a walk. I have fall leaf envy!

I love making homemade soups!

I love going to the AMAZING pumpkin patch an hour from us…(trust me, it’s worth it!)…choosing pumpkins and gourds of many different varieties, making a great fall display out front, and then consistently burning spicy, “harvesty” candles throughout my house to get “in the mood.” I, too, live where it is blisteringly hot, but have found for myself, it is what you make of it. In the dead of winter when, in January, we can walk around in shirtsleeves or a light sweatshirt, it will be worth ambiance and perception now! ;0)

Everything is fun in the fall . . . watching the leaves change colors is probably my favorite!

Watching the leaves change colors and getting ready for Halloween are two of my favorites. Also it is fun to get out the winter clothes and anticipate all the fun things ahead in the next few months.

walking in crunchy leaves and going to the local orchards where you can watch them make fresh hot donuts and have them with fresh apple cider.

I enjoy fall boutiques and festivals. We have some nice ones locally and it’s a good place to do some Christmas shopping for unique and handmade items. I’m attending one in my neighborhood tomorrow!

I love the changing colors of the leaves. I enjoy gathering them and putting them in the house.

I enjoy collecting pine cones and Fall leaves. I press/dry the leaves, and then use them in crafts!
