Question of the Week

What Halloween costume did enjoy wearing the most?

Leigh Anne says…

This is my favorite costume because I never dress up as an adult but I did this year for a church party and my own kids didn’t even recognize me!

Sherra says…

Being half of a six-pack so many years ago. Super fun picture for my kids to see. Luckily I can still firmly proclaim that I didn’t drink then and I still don’t. {tiny lol}

Leigh Anne that is too much!!! Thanks for the morning smile which should last all week long.

Leigh Anne, You look amazing and brought us a smile too. We would not have recognized you either. This year I am going to my first Witch’s party, so have been gathering my “stuff.” My favorite was going as a witch many years ago. . . . . . .I do love Halloween!

I dress up EVERY year. My nephew never wanted to go with his mom because she wouldn’t dress up. My favorite costumer has been my Malificent costume (the witch from Sleeping Beauty). I’ve had kids run away from me and then come back and tell me to stop being mean! Plus it was warm on cooler Halloween nights.

Too many to choose from. I love Halloween and I LOVE dressing up!!!! I did enjoy dressing as a pirate with my husband one year, and as a rag doll with my 2 oldest kids as Raggedy Ann and Andy when they where very little. Even more fun is to see what I can create for my kids- we very rarely buy a costume. My favorite place to go is to Goodwill- so many possibilities. I like to make my own out of all sorts of things. Me and my youngest daughter are having fun this year making her Padme Admidalla costume. Just finished her wrap around shawl out of a wonderful fabric shower curtain we found for a couple bucks, and her blaster out of an empty contact solution container. Oh, the possibilities!

I love both of your costumes! The six-pack idea is super cute, I’d skip beer and go for pop, but it’s super cute and creative!! Love the nose Leanne!
I love Halloween! As for a favorite costume, I don’t know, I’ve loved them all! I love dressing in costumes that go along with my hubby’s costume. For example; pizza slice and chef, laundry basket and laundry (got a lot of laughs from that one!), our last name is Allred, so we went as the All reds one year (we were red from head to toe!! We painted our skin and everything!!), insomnic and Zzzz’s…etc. This year I’m pregnant, so I’m going to be an oven with a bun in it and my hubby will be a baker!! :) I still don’t know what I’m doing for the kids….

Loved the witches costume. My favorite was a dyed brown sheet to wear, hair teased to stand on end and with an oatmealy type face. The boss’ 3 year old looked and ran on in but the 5 year old was a tad scared.
(It won me first place and a cool $20.)

I never dress up, but I did buy a witch’s hat this year at Target. It looked fun! I guess I need to go find that awesome nose you have Leigh Anne!

I am going for more of a pretty witch this year – just found an orange witch hat with black polka dots and netting and a flower I am going to wear!!
