Add a basement, a screened porch, and a deck- then I’d have a full-time housekeeper to clean it all!!

Nice, plush furniture for my screened in porch.

Expand the Kitchen!

Where do I start? LOL A nice fenced in backyard for my kids to play and a expand the whole house for more living space. Maybe it would just be cheaper to move! :)

..Remodel – add a couple more bedrooms and push out my kitchen/nook/family room to make it larger, so we can entertain more family and friends and someone to do a makeover on my backyard, we spend a lot of time out there in the summer.

There’s a lot that my house needs. Having 5 kids and some with special needs, the needs of the house take the backseat. I would finish my kitchen. Right now I have 3/4 of a remodeled kitchen. I would replace the carpet. I would paint the house inside and out. My bedroom hasn’t ever been painted and we’ve lived in my house almost 10 years. I would add the fake grass to my backyard because we can’t keep grass alive back there and we’ve replaced the grass twice! There’s so much to do. I have to remind myself that my children are the priority not the beauty of my house.

I would love to remodel my kitchen, especially the cabinets.

An updated kitchen remodel and new living room furniture!

I can’t wait to update our bathroom!! It won’t look like your picture here, but I will LOVE it!!

I need a bigger garage! We have the smallest garage on the block! I want to park in my garage desperately!

We’re renting due to the economy and the fact that we don’t expect to stay where we are for a long time. That being said, I love our house. It’s small but has a great layout, love the kitchen, nice backyard, perfect for us really. So, it’s beige all over, definitely change that, would be nice to have a basement, no basements here, and then I’d love to just pick up the whole thing and move it to the state we decide to relocate to, where ever that is.

I would love to have my master bath finished

I would love to have a cedar sided above ground pool. Also, I would love to have a beautifully landscaped back yard. But these are extra items and with the current economics situation, these can wait.

I love my home…..especially when it is filled with family. The one thing I would change if I could…….I would pick it up and move it Ocean Front. Ahhhhhhhhhh………….to dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah….I would put in all new windows and flooring, paint everything and have a landscaper come in…oh and install solar!

Redo my 70’s gold bathroom
