WOW that’s hard to choose only one area! I would have to say sales. Customer Service would be a close second… I worry a lot about not wanting customers to fall through the cracks if I don’t keep on top of their needs.

Thanks for reconnecting me with Reggie and Mary-Ellen. I was motivated to read the entire interviews with such dynamic women. They still have the gift of inspiration! This is what I miss about being “retired” from our business world!

Just wanted to put my plug in for Mary-Ellen too. I have heard her speak several times and she is wonderful! I learned a lot from her and know you will too if you get the chance to coach with her!
